something nice

We made it through our first week of school.

It really hasn't been all that bad- and today I organized the kids room, cleaned the kitchen, picked up the other rooms and cleaned the waaaaay passed due bathroom. (pretty scary...especially with a little boy in the house- and I'll just leave it at that)

Today we woke up to a winter wonder land! No new snow, but dense fog, frost or pogo nip covering everything- it looks so mysterious and magical. I have not been a big fan of this cold winter weather up here- but I must confess I am obsessed with pogo nip, and it is one thing that makes winter ok for me.
