packed with fun

Our holidays were terrific! We visited, created, played, laughed, loved, shared and celebrated!
Cousins from all over the place came together and enjoyed hours of fun.



Grandma created a nativity masterpiece- getting the grandkids to all cooperate at the same time was another thing though...

(lucky for our little lamb, there was a big hand ready to soften her fall)

After Christmas we celebrate the birthday of my brother Jay, with our practice of writing notes to him and sending them heavenward.
Jay died four years ago- he would now be 17.
I like to think of what he would be like if he were alive on earth today.
(In particular on this cold blustery day he probably as a 17 year old boy would have preferred to be indoors with a little pizza, movie and his arm around a cutie.)
I also like to think about how real he is today.
His spirit is real, and I look forward to being with him again.

All in all, it was a great end to a great year.
